Sensational-Hosting Terms And Conditions:

1) Duration of contract
Your service will last for the duration that you have paid for (we will give you 4 days to bring your account's' balance to £0 and after this we will suspend it for 3 more days then terminate it if no payment has been sent unless other arangements have been agreed with us and the account holder/owner).
We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your service with us should you be found to use your service outside of this Terms of Service.
2) Quality of service
We aim to provide best possible service at best possible prices i.e 95.96% up time or higher is where we stand. We offer comprehensive support via many options found by clicking the Support link. Our online team play a key role in providing a quality service to you. This quality of service can only be expected if these Terms of Service are adhered to.
3) Unacceptable Use Policy
We at sensational-hosting.com must insist that users do not abuse, or in any way use our services in any of the following manners, or in such a manner which may lead to the degradation in service quality for others:
3.a) Users must not:
Use of our service(s) provided by us, to Spam, Hack, DoS Attack or any similar activities.
Promote or propagate warez or pirated software/music (copyrighted), or other similar illegal activities on our hardware or network.
Do anything that may infringe upon the reputation of sensational-hosting.com
4) Abusive Remarks
Discrimination, racism, and remarks regarding sensational-hosting.com, our staff, clan members, customers, and company sponsors is regarded as an offence, and can lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account and permanent ban on all our systems, you will not have the right to claim a refund or use legal action against us.
5) Contract Renegotiation
If Web Sales receives an unforeseen price increase in our bandwidth, collocation costs and/or circumstances beyond its control that alter the performance of the service we have may have to renegotiate your current contract before your next payment, unfortunately this may result in an increase in your monthly payments (we will notify you of this before your next payment).
6) Indemnity
The User shall indemnify sensational-hosting.com against any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses including reasonable lawyer's fee and expenses arising out of: The User breaching or its non-observance of these Terms and Conditions; or Any breach or inaccuracy in any of the User's representation or warranties.
7) Changing our terms
sensational-hosting.com reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice (You will be sent an email if thay do change).
8) Refunds
Once payment has been received for a service hosted by sensational-hosting.com payment is non refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed by sensational-hosting.com.
9) Faults, Downtime and Errors
The User accepts that there may occasionally be problems with computers and telecommunication systems. Consequently the User accepts that there may be periods of downtime, relating to the Services and/or Web Site, in which the User cannot access these. However, sensational-hosting.com will maintain reasonable effort to minimize these periods. The User accepts that in such cases of downtime, they will have no claim of breach of contract. When possible sensational-hosting.com will notify the User of predicted downtime and/or scheduled downtime for upgrades, updates, etc.
10) Formats
If your server requires a format due to whatever reason. sensational-hosting.com reserves the right to charge and administration fee of £20 per format.
11) Deals & offers
Sensational-Hosting.com reserve the right to change/cancell deals and offers at any time with out giving any notice (if you have deal or offer it will not change untill your next payment and you will be notified before billing by email if you billing is to be changed)
No deals can be used at the same time i.e... FREE domains can NOT be used with half price hosting ect.
FREE DOMAIN; you have complet control over your domain but if you cancel your order with us then your free domain will be handed over to us unless you pay the standard setup fee for it + a fee of ?5 so you would pay £20 this is mainly to stop people from getting ths deal and cancelling to get a free domain.
12)Affiliate Scheme
sensational-hosting.com reserves the right to cancel your affiliate scheme at any time and/or not allow your reward for your refurals. We may change the amount of customers you have to make or the amount of money you save at any time with out notice.
13)Free Hosting offer
If you do not refer any customers within 1 month the account will be shut.
You must refer at least 1 new customer to us every month or your account will be downgraded, firstly to Pro Plus and then to Professional and so on
You must ask a member of sales for a coupon code that the customer you refer must use in the specific box on the order form.
This is a limited offer that we only give out to people that we think need it and/or can do as we ask so please do not take offence if we try your application form down for this offer as we have to turn about 10 down every week.
Users who are found, beyond doubt, to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, will have their account status seriously reviewed, leading to either suspension, or termination without a refund.
